Orders placed through our website are prepared specifically for the customer and generally cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. If there is an issue with your order, that you have received please contact us as soon as possible so we can work to resolve the issue.
A refund may be issued in situations including, but not limited to:
An order was charged but could not be fulfilled by Wolfey's Bistro & Pub due to the item being unavailable.
An incorrect or missing item was provided, instead of the original order.
There was a significant issue with the quality or preparation of an order.
Refund requests should be made as soon as possible after receiving the order. Please call us at 440-365-9002 or contact us above. Customers may be asked to provide their order information and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.
Wolfey's Bistro & Pub reserves the right to review each refund request individually all refund request have to be requested the same day as the order was placed.
